Cid was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, raised in California and has been involved in sales since before graduating High School, later he began his career in Real Estate in the early '90s.
Working for the Top Century 21 Brokerage in all of California, at the time, he helped both Individual Investors and Retirees purchase and make transitions to Mexico in the areas of Lake of Chapala - Ajijic and Puerto Vallarta, both located in the State of Jalisco.
In 2002, he advanced his Career, by moving to Cabo San Lucas, helping Resort Developers grow their Real Estate Divisions and meet their goals. Since his move to The Baja Sur, his career has earned him experience in Lending and helping Real Estate Developers acquire Land, Develop and Sell their projects; ultimately returning to work with Individual Investors and Retirees once again.
Today, he is honored to be a part of Coastaro Real Estate, where his Passion is in helping his Sellers get the most value for their property and his Buyers the most value for their money, while creating memorable moments in their lives.
