Meet Mark Anthony Baldini, a seasoned real estate professional with a unique journey. Hailing from Southern Illinois, Mark's post-university path led him through the diverse landscapes of Colorado and Washington State. Starting as a lowly bartender, he quickly won an international mixology competition, which provided him the opportunity to get out from behind the bar and enter the corporate landscape. Soon after that, he tested his new skills, when he moved to Seattle, by taking a job as the Regional Operations Manager for an international B2B sales company, where he regularly negotiated multimillion-dollar deals with companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and SpaceX.

When the pandemic prompted a remote work shift, Mark jumped at the opportunity to move to the breathtaking shores of Los Cabos. And when faced with the prospect of returning to the rainy Seattle grind, he was recruited and eventually accepted a realtor position in paradise. Now, 3 years later, Mark passionately leverages his corporate negotiating experience to assist US and Canadian expatriates with finding and owning their Cabo dream homes.

Beyond real estate, Mark enjoys exploring secluded beaches, hot springs and waterfalls throughout the entire 1,100 miles of the Baja Peninsula. He loves hiking with his newly found street puppies Luna and Teduardo, and immersing himself in the vibrant Cabo culture.
